Through our education, experience and other health care resources, we are able to continue to develope new ways of meeting the needs of the population especially being so multicultural. We want the most optimal outcome by meeting everyone’s needs in their own personalized way. Every case is difefrent as we have to brainstorm how we are gioing to meet the needs of the client that will serve them best. Education within the community about mental illness is also important as it reduces the stigma that’s associated with it.
Through further discussions within our community, it increases a better understanding of mental illness. From this understanding comes a feeling of well being within the community as a whole.
We are always looking to improve our “workforce.” Whether it be looking at best practice, creating new connections within the community, embracing change or providing more networks for such a diverse population.
One thing we might be surprised to learn about you:
I’m probably on the biggest spiritual journey I’ll ever be on. The Law of Attraction has changed me forever.
“Let go of the Oars…everything you want is downstream.’ ~Abraham-Hicks~
Three things you always have in your fridge:
Eggs, garlic and milk. I’m an eating-out kind of person.
Who or what inspires you?
My cousin Susan has inspired me to be the person I am today. She was the beginning of my spiritual journey and the Law of Attraction. Abraham-Hicks wrote a book called “Ask and it is Given.” This book also changed my life. It has inspired me to be a better person and made me more aware of our who and what we are. We are all here to live life to its fullest and to look at the positive from every experience that comes our way.
“What ever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.”
~Napoleon Hill~
Most healthy habit:
The best healthy habit I have aquired is going to bed and waking up with gratitude. I go through my day so grateful for what I have in my life. I’ve learned this by realizing that most of us think about what we don’t have. It creates an unhealthy mind and attracts unwanted things.
Earl Nightingale said, “You get what you think about most of the time.” So make those thoughts beautiful and beautiful things will start to come.
Favourite vacation spot:
My favorite so far has been Hawaii. I haven’t been to that many places yet, but I do plan on traveling a lot in the near future.
