People First award winner: Dr. Michael Wilkins-Ho
We’re thrilled to profile Dr. Michael Wikins-Ho. Dr. Ho won the Award of Merit in the Leadership category in this year’s People First Awards.

I mostly am a geriatric psychiatrist working on a tertiary level inpatient unit at VGH, and at the Cambie Older Adult Mental Health Team.
What’s your favourite thing about your work?
The opening day of our Willow Unit on June 25, 2012 – the staff were ready to roll up their sleeves and do some good work.

Promote better health for our communities

I am a Level 29 Pokemon Go Trainer.
Three things you always have in your fridge:
Eggs, leftover Schezuan, and past-expiry milk.

My wife, Melanie (and Batman).

Choosing the small fries rather than the large.
