Good-bye AWP: Supporting attendance and wellness in a new way

In the My VCH survey, we heard that only 50% of you felt that VCH leaders care about your well-being. This was one of the reasons we launched the initiative to rethink the AWP program. You told us that while the program was effective at reducing sick time, it was often not supportive of your physical and mental health.
