A patient had only good things to say about staff on the 5th floor Rehab unit after a recent four-week stay. Staff kudos: 5th floor rehab staff inspire donation to LGH Foundation

A recent patient was so touched by the care she received during her four-week stay on the 5th floor rehab unit, she made a donation to the Lions Gate Hospital Foundation. Below is her letter.

Dear Lions Gate Hospital,

This letter is in praise of the doctors, nurses, and staff on the 5th floor Rehab. I have nothing but good to report of everybody and everything I encountered in a four-week stay at LGH.

Also, I had outstanding help and encouragement from the physios, which is ongoing with the outpatient department.

I am so grateful for all the care and attention I received and send my thanks and good wishes to all. I enclose my cheque in the sum of $400 and I think we are most fortunate to have a facility like LGH in our town.
