The BC Patient Safety & Quality Council is now accepting nominations for the BC Quality Awards.

Nominations

• We’ve improved the submission process – it’s now much simpler to submit your nominations.
• Download the forms on the BC Patient Safety & Quality Council website.
• Nomination deadline is July 15, 2016.

Prizes and recognition

• Winners will be awarded a $2,500 sponsorship to help support or disseminate learning from their projects, and will be presented with plaques in a ceremony at the Health Talks event.
• Each winner will receive a complimentary registration for the Quality Forum.
• Winners of the four initiative-based awards will be invited to deliver a presentation at the Quality Forum.
