Highlights of our first My VCH all-staff forum: Join the next one!
The My VCH all-staff forums have started: over 100 people attended the Nov. 22nd staff forum at Lions Gate Hospital (LGH) with another 100 people tuning in via webcast.
The next forums will be in Vancouver and Richmond, with one more webcast opportunity. The forums will be consistent across VCH, so plan to attend the forum that fits your schedule and where you work or live.
- November 30, from 10 – 11 a.m. at Richmond Hospital in the Ralph Fisher Auditorium
- December 6, from 2 – 3 p.m. at Vancouver General Hospital in the Paetzold Auditorium, or by webcast. Follow this webcast link when the VGH forum starts!
What should we do next?
As part of the discussion at the Coastal forum, Mary asked staff three questions:
- What’s the ONE THING that stood out for you in the My VCH survey results?
- What would you act on FIRST? And why?
- How would YOU engage staff as we move forward?
