I provide support and writing for communications and public affairs and spend a lot of time working on the amazing VCH News.

I have a sixth toe on my left foot. Just kidding. I think some might be surprised that I write for a punk website.

Favorite hobby:

Running.

Oranges, sriracha and water.

What makes you happy?

Writing, running and being around good people.

Most healthy habit:

Running.

Favourite vacation spot or place you’ve visited:

It’s a tie between the Amalfi Coast in Italy or all of Japan.
