I am a Nurse Family Partnership Program PHN for the BC Healthy Connections Project.

One thing that we might be surprised to find out about you?

I am a competitive squash player.

Favorite hobby?

My favourite hobby is playing squash. I am a certified coach, play city league and I represent BC at national Masters Squash tournaments.

Three things you always have in your fridge?

I always have cheese, fruit and humus in my fridge.

What makes you happy? 

Spending time with my two grown children and family and friends makes me happy. I also love sunshine on my face and eating chocolate.

Most healthy habit?

My most healthy habit is playing squash 3-4 times a week.

Favourite vacation spot or place you’ve visited?

My favourite place I have visited is Lagos in the Algarve of Portugal.
