I oversee the day to day operations of the Child and Youth Mental Health and Addictions program, supporting staff, developing and evaluating programs and maintaining community partnerships.


What’s your favourite thing about your work?
The people… staff and community partners alike.


How does your work contribute to the VCH True North goals?
My position allows me to be innovative and collaborative, leveraging community relationships to implement new initiatives together.


One thing we might be surprised to learn about you:
For the past 16 years, I’ve awarded my own scholarship to students graduating from my old high school. It’s called the Aspiring Youth Scholarship and recognizes a student who has excelled in multiple areas despite struggling with challenging circumstances (ie. mental health, death of a parent, addictions, etc).


Three things you always have in your fridge:
Yogurt, spinach and chocolate.


Who or what inspires you?
Courageous compassionate people that serve the world in small but meaningful ways.


Most healthy habit:
