Tell us what you do at VCH in one or two sentences:
I work as a therapist within an interdisciplinary team that provides service to clients dealing with addiction challenges and/or mental health challenges.


What’s your favourite thing about your work?
I’ll never forget the night several years ago when Prentice Geary and I realized that the SMART Recovery group we had been supporting had come so fully into its own. The sense of safety, creative joining, and wholeheartedness continues to this day!


Which True North goal does your work contribute to the most?
Provide the best care


One thing we might be surprised to learn about you:
I love archery – the practice and skill involved with my beautiful recurved bow.


Three things you always have in your fridge:
More recently – filtered water, fresh lemons, salads/greens.


Who or what inspires you?
I find collaborative engagement with colleagues and clients in a group setting to be very inspirational.


Most healthy habit:
Meditation in the morning.


Favourite vacation spot:
I love the North Shuswap.
