Tell us what you do at VCH in one or two sentences:
I coordinate our annual flu campaign specifically staff flu clinics, our Partner Pharmacy Program and our VCH Peer Immunization Program. My team and I also provide health care worker recommended baseline health assessments and immunizations clinics to staff through clinics in the community, residential and acute sites.

One thing we might be surprised to learn about you:
I love to fish. I’ve been known to drag my husband out of bed at 3:30 a.m. in the summers so that we could arrive at our fishing spot just at dawn when the bite is on!


Three things you always have in your fridge:
Pickles, milk and fig jam.


Who or what inspires you?
I’ve been fortunate enough to have some really amazing mentors in my life who have all contributed in some way to shape the person that I am today, but the one person who inspires me most is my mom. She is a strong, inspiring woman who has a take no crap attitude and is an extremely savvy business woman.


Most healthy habit:
Getting enough sleep.


Favourite vacation spot:
Maui, Nice, Paris, and Melbourne are just a few of my favorites!
