The VCH True North Goals were introduced in 2013. In 2016, True North Now is the next step in Vancouver Coastal Health’s journey. Use the video and the discussion guide to start a conversation about the three priorities and two supporting strategies.

Did you know?
How VCH sets goals, priorities and strategies is part of what Accreditation Canada will be assessing during their survey site visit in September 2016. Surveyors will ask leaders how goals for their areas align with VCH True North goals, and may ask any front line staff how they see themselves and their work reflected in the True North goals.
