May 8 to 14 is National Nurses Week. Take a minute to “Nominate a Nurse” and recognize them for their hard work and dedication to their profession. Your nomination qualifies your nominee and yourself to be entered into a draw for some great prizes. The nomination period runs until May 14. The provincial government is supporting planning for a new patient-care tower at Richmond Hospital and the ministry expects that work on the business plan could begin in fall 2017. The business planning process for Richmond Hospital will ensure health-care services will be provided in a culturally sensitive manner, and recognize the importance of traditional Chinese medicine in Richmond.
